    TRD Pro Skid Alucab Explorer canopy Utility winch in the bed Dimmable lights in the bed
    I was looking at the undercarriage of my 2021 TRD OR today and I found that only one of the catalytic converters has a cover bolted onto it. I was concerned someone may have tried to get in there, so I searched the web for other images and it looks like that's the way it is supposed to be.

    I'm just curious why only one needs a cover.

    They're both exposed and good for the taking. 4th gen is more tucked in close by the engine.

    The driver's side cat has more equipment close to it (like the front driveshaft), so it gets a heat shield.
