snap on temporary rock slider step

I saw somewhere what looked like a step (maybe hard rubber) that attaches to your rock slider. It looked like it could come on and off easily. I've been looking all over but can't find it again. My wife has a hard time getting up into my truck - she doesn't complain but it would nice if I could put on a step for her but when I go off road I could pop it off. Just wondering if anyone has or has seen something like this. temporary

are you talking about predator steps or ones that actually attach to rock sliders? My friend has one that he bought for a jeep then he went to a fab shop to custom fit it on his rock slider. He can take it on and off.

 

yeah like your friend has - something that I could take on and off the slider - I swear I saw a hard rubber one but now I can't find it on the Internet.

 

I remember seeing a metal one that locked onto the slider tubes. It wasn't universal and just for that specific brand. I know I saw it here on TW but there's so many small shops making sliders they may not even be around anymore.

When I search online I keep seeing the N Fab steps. They bolt onto their brand but you could get mounting plates welded to yours to use them.
