So I recently noticed in my truck, 2 weekends ago on an errand run, I noticed a water sloshing sound whenever I made a left hand turn. Previously I’ve read up on the drain line being clogged. So I blew air from the compressor through it, little bit of water came out. Took the tube off completely and cleaned it with a mix of bleach and water and reinstalled it. Now to this Saturday, was humid, had the Ac on with recirculate on, the water sloshing sound, dirty water was leaking on the floor mat and now it sounded like water was in the blower motor and the motor was squeaking intermittently and still leaking dirty water ( wasn’t coolant). Once I was able to get back home, I blew the drain line out again, and decided to dig a little deeper, unplugged the blower motor power harness and water came out of the plug. Took the blower motor completely out and water came leaking out of it. Dried it, blew air on it and sprayed contact cleaner on the plug. Reinstalled and it’s still leaking, the blower motor doesn’t make noise with the recirculate off and it didn’t leak as much, but my question is, does the blower motor need replacing since it had water potentially in it? The bearings for the motor sound fine. I’ve read numerous threads about having aftermarket windshields and the cowl either missing sealant or being clogged with leaves and other shit, also seen where the evaporator box had a leak on it and RTV was applied. I would like to try and avoid going to dealership as I’m out under no warranty and the dealership I go to I’ve had issues with them leaving lug nuts loose so not real trusting with them and fixing the small issues and if need be R/R the blower motor
