Do all tacomas come with mudguards?

I've driven 2 tacomas in a row and a 3rd on the way and they all came factory built with mudguards for an additional 50-60 bucks. Does Toyota just automatically add these to every tacoma to increase profits by 1%? Can you buy a tacoma without mudguards? I keep taking them off and selling them on craigslist...

 

They all do not come with mudguards, and dealers around me don’t have them. I’m hoping Weathertech releases something nice, since I haven’t liked what I’ve seen so far.

Mine came with the truck I bought from the lot... but I took them off before I went to off road park. I never put them back on.

 

Yeah ive never understood why they would put them on off road models.

 

I was wondering about this myself because I just failed my safety check for NO MUD FLAPS.

Never heard of that before in my life.

Toyota apparently doesn’t make them anymore so I had to turn to eBay and pay an arm and a leg for old ratty mud flaps.

 

They always do... if you don't like them, take them off.

 

Mine didn't come with them and if anyone wants to send me what they took off, I'll take 'em!
