I am replacing inner tie rods today and looking to get new tires soon. I know I need an alignment after the tie rods, but will I need another one if I get tires within the next couple weeks?

Nope just make sure they balance the tires correctly.

Tires have nothing to do with the alignment.

They don't even have to be on the vehicle. It's the hubs that are being aligned, the wheels/tires are just along for the ride.
