Thinking of getting a better scanner one that shows graphs of sensor data in real time.

Is there a specific kind I need to get to be able to read my O2 sensors, since my truck has 2 upsteam and 2 downstream, total of 4.

Even if i had scanner that only used OBD2 generic values it would not give the same values as a Make model specific one would?

Does one that uses generic values just not have the same numerical range to measure whats happening or does it actually misread the values so instead of getting 4 it would say 10 Grams or something like that?

Everything would be correct aside from possibly the upstream AFR sensors, because an AFR sensor doesn't read in the normal voltage range of a standard O2 sensor which is 0-1v AFR values aren't always displayed properly in global OBDII mode.

This is because AFR/Wideband sensors actually are read in current (mA) but most manufacturers report it as a voltage somewhere in the 0-5v range (actual voltage vs air/fuel ratio varies by manufacturer) and that sometimes gets lost in translation to global OBDII data if that makes sense.
