Anyone know this part number for this?

The one on the drivers side is broke. It’s like a radiator bracket of some sort.

Which #3 I don’t know.

 

The drawing above should be helpful. A lot of Toyota parts have the number molded on to them, remove and take a very close look see. Just remove the two upper bolts, one is shown in your picture and lift up. I've had all four attachment points removed.

 

If "3" is pointing to multiple parts, that is the part number for both. The only difference is if you need the left one or the right one.
