Good evening guys Internet went down this morning shortly after I posted the good morning. Been down until just a little while ago.

I was in town so I went by my TS store. The big boss lady was there today, I asked her about the safe and she said she had 3 scheduled for delivery this weekend. I told her the guy I spoke to yesterday said they were out of stock in the system, she rolled her eyes and said nope. She took my name and number and said she will call when they get delivered. Also gave me a rain check on the price in case they are delivered after the sale ends Boss lady is the wife of a local fire chief and knows I’m retired from the sheriff’s office. I don’t know if that had anything to do with it but I’m glad I saw her today.

One of the biggest bucks I’ve seen in a long time was standing on the right side white line, I slowed down to about 55 and was looking at his horns and he started to go to the right away from the road and that’s when his large running mate came from the left and I drilled him.

He hit the hood, flew up in the air about 5’, hit the side of the road, rolled a few times and laid there. I stopped, went to cut the head off cause it was so big and…..he was gone


Got to order a headlight, not worried about the hood.

 

@RustyGreen a friend of mine brought me this to work on. I guess this engine is the equivalent to an LS1 swap in a ‘72 Pinto

 

Cole and I been busy clearing trees for the food plot. Lot more to cut but it’s a start.

I'm afraid to open the hood, scared I won't be able to get it shut. I don't want to be riding around with no bungie cord across the hood looking like a freak

That may be the original engine, that was a commercial quality mower back when it was built. McLane is still in business making reel mowers only, they are proud of using almost all US made materials. Made in California.
