Smaller tires or lift the truck. Smaller tires would probably be easiest. Welcome to TW

Different tires …not all tires are the same. Personally I would just go back to stock size if u are not lifting it . Don’t see the point of bigger tires on stock setup .

Where exactly are they rubbing? Is it just on the mudflaps?

Nobody should have ever said 275 would fit on those wheels. Those specific wheels are too wide and have too high of offset to clear a 275; they end up hitting the control arm. 265 is the widest that works and it is still very close to the control arm. Go back to 265s.

A spacer could help with rubbing the control arm but then you will start to hit the mud flaps instead.

Would probably move the rubbing to the wheel well liners/ fenders

Best to start be specifying where your rubbing but I'm assuming mud flaps. I'm not sure who said a 275 will fit stock but it's not going to clear without some work 265/70r17 or 265/75r16 or 255/80r17 are the biggest that fit with virtually no modifications required.

You’re going to have to trim if you want no rubbing, lifting it is only a band aid, it will still run when the suspension is compressed

With that tire and wheel spec, he’s gotta be hitting the UCA.

What's the spec? It looks like a sport wheel which would be +33 but I can't say for sure. If it's a 275 on a +33 and it was driven at all that will call for 2 new tires.

That is a sport wheel and is 7.5” wide, +30mm. The 275 being wider and taller which moves the sidewall bulge upwards is very likely the problem. I’ve run 255/75R17 which is the same height as 275/70 on that same wheel, and it wasn’t even really close to rubbing fenders or flaps at all. So 275 should have had enough room in that regard.

Easiest way to fix the rubbing is a small wheel spacer and some trimming. No need to go down in tire size.

275s will still rub with wheel spacers. They increase the radius of the wheel path, making it come in contact with the control arm, mud flap, fender liner and bumper.
