used 2019 SR5 delivered with a plain key.

The plain key has no buttons and only an "H" stamped on it.
How might I be able to see if this truck is remote entry capable?
Is there a receiver somewhere if it is?

 

Best I can tell the Door Control Receiver and TPMS Receiver are integrated together so I would have to assume if it has power locks and TPMS it would have keyless entry.

Looks like you would need someone with a good scan tool to register transmitters though.

 

Sam’s club locations often have a mobile locksmith selling keys in the parking lot. Not sure if they need the original receiver. If you have a Sam’s club nearby might be something to look into.

I don't know if all SR5 received the convenience package in 2019. I had to pay extra for it with my SR.

This link below says you should have it. You can buy a remote on eBay and program it via tech stream. You can search for how to load tech stream on this site and the obd2 connector.

The CarMax I bought this SR5 from also suggested carkeysexpress.

The diagram is not too clear.

 

It's mounted on the roof towards the rear of the cab, you would have to pull the headliner down to see it.

If your truck is a US spec truck it has TPMS so unless they have 2 different TPMS modules (one with keyless entry and one without) I would expect it to be keyless entry capable.
