Might seem a little crazy but does anyone have a good way to keep the door moldings from cracking and popping sound. I’ve put vaseline on them and it help but only for about a month and it came back?

Vaseline is a petroleum product. It will probably degrade rubber.

You need to use silicone, but that's just going to be a temp fix. Consider replacing them since they should be supple and quiet.
