Gooooood evening everyone! I would like some help. I have installed the a Baja style bumper with a winch inside and the top electrical control box will not fit when installing it onto the truck. I believe I need relocation brackets, but I don’t know if that is all I need. Has anyone run into this issue?

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
That's typical with 3rd gens. Brackets can easily be fabbed up with steel from Home Depot/Lowes/etc. A 3' piece of 1"x1/8" bar stock, a couple of cuts, drill a couple of holes...badabing, control box is mounted on the radiator support.
