I'm a little confused about that very tall 4.5-foot long tent section. Is that the actual product, or are they just showing an example of the kind of custom work they do?

 

I think it is just so you can sit and stand up inside with the tent deployed, but still sleep on a platform in the bed of the truck. It is a bit taller than I am wanting but they say they do custom work.

 

Does the front 1/3 open up as well? That could be kind of cool to be able to have a platform at bed rail height and be able to maneuver around in there more easily.

 

Man I want this..but have so many other stoves. Feel like trading for a 22” Blackstone with cover? Used twice for making tacos.

Just wanted to throw this out there for TW members before I post a for sale ad, selling my eezi awn series 3 1400.

WTB: Road Shower or equivalent. Anyone have any leads? Started building a white trash version but it was going to be about $250 and I was worried about the "not pressure rated" ABS sewer pipe bomb on the roof haha.

 

I love how the DIY experience 80% of the time cost more than buying a readymade solution. At least that's my experience.

Rinsekit Pro Portable Shower | Costco is prob the best deal you're gonna get for a ready to go system. maybe check the usual haunts like marketplace for a used kit for a few bones off.

Or.......if you're ghetto like me. 5-gallon jerry can + an Amazon special water pump or faucet lol.

Haven't used it for much aside from hands, feet, and dishes so far, but it does what its supposed to, gets nice and hot when left out in the sun, and packs up tight.
