    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
Well, so now what do we do?
We know original wheels/tires had no issue
    With new wheels/tires-problem
    Stock wheels/new tires-problem
I would suspect the wheels got cranked on to hub not using the correct tightening sequence causing an out of round condition
Balancing corrects issue for a while, hmm
Can’t see the hub being damaged in any of these procedures but maybe hub face is questionable. Could remove front wheels, put in 4 wheel drive and watch for hub run out.
Also I would check run out on wheels without tires mounted.
    That’s about all I got.
Let’s get more replies/thoughts from others

i had the wheels checked and were within spec.. thats a reason i tried going back to stock,, with no real change.. i also tried putting on another guys wheels and tires with e rated toyos, and didnt notice shake.. guys at the shop ive been dealing with the last say they do have lots of issues with tacomas in general being very finicky. Discount tire didnt seem to know what they were doing i think... My first balance at the new shop was great for a bit, but have had issues ever since the first rebalance. but front hubs and bearings are new. and it did this before and after. Ive also always had a very noticeable wah wah wah wah sound from the tires... all sets. ive moved tires around front to back, left to right and all around trying to find a change, but they all did it. and every time i would have them balanced, even just a day or two later, they would read slightly off.. so i just got tired of messing with it, and have just delt with the slight shake. the other issues are really getting on my nerves though.. i hit 1800 rpms under any load at all and everything is vibrating and droning. its not a shake, its a vibration.. like low bass note, or compared to a cell phone vibration.. felt through the steering wheel, the pedals and floor. every shop notices it,, but has no clue. no way its "normal" but they all just try to say dont worry about it and drive it. and yes it has gotten worse as miles increase. and the other vibration is at anything over around 2800 rpms.. load or no load, just engine spinning,, comes in at 2800 fades away slightly about 3300, then comes back higher in and out. . any time the rpms go through this range... under load or not, decel, revving.. even when it just shifts gears and such. quite odd.. its all annoying..

    Lets address the drone.
I have a 2014 Nissan Altima. Had a very annoying drone at 1800/2000 rpm. I felt sure it was a tranny issue as Nissan is known for this. Turns out it was a body drone from the exhaust mounting brackets. Distanced the front exhaust mount from the body with washers and a piece of rubber and wow did I learn something. Much much less drone. Drone could also give you a vibration.
So, need to look for mounts that could be spaced away from the body. Only need a 1/4 inch or tad less. There was nothing wrong with the mount just needed to be away from the body a tad. The drone I had was a very low bass tone.
On the tire issue, maybe go to local garage, ask if they have some used tires, not excellent used just something that is somewhat good with even wear, you could get for cheap and see if you have shake with them.

Having tapered lug seats makes them lug centric.
Having a hub bore matching the hub makes them hub-centric.
Stock wheels are hub centric; FN wheels are lug and hub centric.

Find a balancer that uses a fitted collet and plate adapter with the correct lug interface.
It needs to mount the same on the balancer as it does on the vehicle.

Are you lubing the lug seats on the FN wheels and re-torquing after 100 miles?
