I believe it's on their Instagram. I know I definitely saw them somewhere. It doesn't really increase power numbers, just puts them in a more usable place 1000 rpm lower.

Did a 4+ hour trip upstate last Wednesday that I do a few times a year with the same load (1200lbs of quad and trailer plus at least 600lbs of cargo on board the truck) and I gotta say the spacer definitely improved the trip. Shifting to S4 on the hills puts the engine around 3000 rpm at 65-70 mph and having the torque peak there instead of at 4000 rpm made it much easier getting up the hills. I also gained about 1 mpg over previous trips. Overall I'm happy with the spacer.

Any long term thoughts on it? Looking to do the purchase/install soon. My e rated 33's and 2in lift are weighing me down.

Have you regeared and tried the tune? I'm running 4:88s with the Blackhawk 2.1 tune. Completely night and day from the weak low-end stock power curve.

I'm still a sucker for bolt on goods. My only question for this spacer is, plastic or aluminum? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Thats the dilemma I have had for the past few months. I want to order it, I want the aluminum one, but I figure the intake manifold is already plastic, so why not just continue using plastic(delrin) for the spacer and save $150

I see no reason to not use the plastic one.

I have the plastic one and it works just fine. Almost a year and have always been happy with the results, it's definitely more subtle than the recently added OTT tune but it was enough difference to justify the purchase price and less than an hour of my time installing it.

Any long-term updates from folks who have the Anderson spacer and OTT tune?

I’m planning to get the OTT tune in March and have been reading all the threads about also having the spacer. There’s a lot of division on benefits. Are there any real downsides besides potentially wasting a few bucks?

This is my daily driver with about 95% hilly highways & traffic. I’m running stock tires but may go with skinnies for the next set. No plans for gears/supercharger/RTT. Planning to keep vehicle long term, so not too worried about the minor cost if it will increase enjoyment, even a little.

I have had KDMax and Yotawerx tunes on my truck with the spacer for about 20k miles. I am a tuner for Yotawerx and was for KDMax. The tune and the spacer work well together. I can pull my trailer (5100 lbs) on flat ground in 4th gear much longer and without downshifting. Noticeable for sure. And going up mountain passes. There is a difference you can feel but it’s not like bolting a turbo on. Have not seen any downside yet.

    Can’t speak for OTT.

ive had mine on for about a year now, and I i think it makes a big difference on the low end. my truck is a manual transmission, so Im not sure if there is more of a benefit to a manual transmission since you can hold the gear as long as you want to

I love when people drop potentially vital information and then with no explanation given just pull a DB Cooper @Dfpftw

I have mine intake manifold with OTT tune for over 15k and I have not had any issues. Again increase lower end torque and holds gears better going uphill.

I installed the delrin spacer over the weekend. As others have stated, a lot less downshifting in the hills.

combined with a tune and that’s about the best you are going to get.
