I have taken the hose off from under the dash and blasted air through it. Solid air flow out the end under the truck when doing so. I blew light pressure in the other direction where the hose connects under the dash. Nothing came out. Have checked cabin air filter and no signs of it ever having water in there. Filter was not wet nor did it show signs of being wet. Not sure what to do at this point. In the picture I’ve circled where the water is coming from when running my AC. Any help?

Just for giggles pull your cabin filter and see if its wet. If so look at the cowl to windshield seal (outside where the wipers park) to see if it is fitting well against the glass. If not some sealing may be needed.

The cowl seal to the glass does nothing but act as a finishing edge. Your cowl is vented just infront for water to get in.
However there is a tray above the cabin intake. If this has shifted or the drain path has been obstructed it may cause an issue.

I second for checking your cabin filter first if that is damp then your on the right path with the cabin I take under the cowl.

When removing the cowl you can see straight into the cabin filter, my pass floor was getting wet and the filter was soaked. Sealed the cowl to the windshield dry as a desert.

There is still water coming out of the drain hose. And when detaching the hose from in the car and blowing air out the bottom I can feel the air coming out full force. I have checked the cabin air filter and have seen no water or evidence of water being in there.

This is a common problem when the cowl cover seal fails. The water leaks into the HVAC system.
I designed a kit to fix this. Please check out KIT4.

Other of other benefits to this.
    • Keeps rodents and debris out of the air cabin filter
    • Add a cowl intake snorkel for added protection when crossing deep water (2nd gen only)

These fit 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacomas!
