    Hey everyone,

New taco owner here. I have a new 2020 TRD Sport. My truck has less than 500 miles on it and I just noticed over the weekend that my truck has a rattling noise when accelerating at low speeds. I plan on taking it in due to it being covered under warranty, was just curious if anyone had an idea of what it might be before I bring it in. I attached a video of the sound.

Yeah sorry hah. All I had was my phone to record it and driving seems to be the only way to reproduce the sound.

Gotta get under there when the engine is cold and put a hand on everything you can reach. Something should turn up loose.

Have you taken it off road? I had a rattling noise that turned out to be rocks that found their way on top of my skid plate.

Check for loose exhaust shielding that’s sits above the exhaust system.

I haven’t taken if off road. Will check out what you guys said after work. Besides that noise, the truck drives great so I don’t think it’s anything serious. Either something loose or rocks as you guys stated.
