Anyone in this forum live in Tehachapi?

Instead of investing in a newer Tacoma, it was suggested I find someone local who can help me mod...

I won't go into details yet in case no one is near me (and I am a half hour away from Tehachapi!)

Hey, hi!

I'm new to this forum but what I learned in just one day is that I do not need to buy a new Tacoma just to get some of the features that I want.

I am looking for someone local who can help me do "mods" - I kinda feel like an idiot saying that lol but I am learning that TW has it's own language so here goes:

1). First upgrade would be to my head unit. Someone linked one that would work with Apple Car Play but I am open to suggestions so that mod is more in the AV world

2). Next year, I plan on buying an RV and living in it part-time while traveling/towing. I have the factory tow package but there are suggestions (for example) for an external cooler for the radiator. I am sure there's more. I pulled light work trailers in my youth but it's been decades and since I am solo, I am going to want all of the things that make towing easy for a girl - sway bar/weight distribution hitch/brake controller etc. Obv, this is more mechanical

So are you handy with mods or know someone local who is?
