Hello all - I’m on the market for tires for my original 15” steel 5-lug wheels, no mods or “largest possible”, just all-season 215/70r15’s.
My driving is almost entirely city with some occasional highway. Aside from moving lumber, stone or half a dozen bags of concrete a few days a month, I’m not doing any heavy hauling or towing. Any advice on types or brands to move towards or away from would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

your use case pretty much says 'whatever is on sale'.

I went with 235 75 Michelin Defenders from Costco. Ride great, last long, good wet and dry grip.

No modifications required, but the extra sidewall is what helps improve ride.

But I do occasionally hit the interstate.

When I still ran the stock 15s I use Michelin tires in the stock size and they worked great. It is my preferred brand when I can get them and they aren't 3x the cost of other tires.
