    Hi there guys.

I'm an ex South African who immigrated to the US six years ago. In South Africa I was editor of a 4x4/Overlanding magazine. In the US I've transitioned into driver training, so no or very little overlanding.

Believe it or not, my '24 TRD Off-Road is the first Toyota I've ever owned. As a journalist I had a year-long D4-D Toyota Fortuner long-term test vehicle, did many trips to Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, etc in Land Cruiser 76, 77 and 78 Series vehicles. Also many miles/kilometers in Prados and 200 Series.

Anyway, I'm here to learn about my Taco and what I can do to it.

    Cheers,

    Jaco

Welcome to Colorado and TW! I hope to see you out on the trails.

    Lord knows, we have plenty.

Edit: we have a good local thread. Most states do.
