2024 Tacoma ORP

I have a Retrax cover on my Tacoma and am wanting to upgrade from a tailgate pad to a bike rack on top so I can keep the truck bed secure for storage when camping and travelling.

I have a short bed, so leaning towards a fork mount and likely the Kuat Trio. I also like the idea of the Rockymount Drop Top, since it has the lockable fork mount, but can only connect this to certain types of crossbars (like I think the KB voodoo?).

Curious what everyone has for rack setups with t-slot tonneaus covers. I'm torn between aerobars since they lock or the KB voodoo, but those ones seem easier to unscrew and steal.
