Lower Door Panel Paint Blister

2017, bought new from dealer, never repainted. Passenger side lower door panels are blistering off where factory tough coat/orange peel shit is. Driver's side is fine. You can press on these bubbles and they respond like they're under a 3M film vs. brittle paint.

Anyone else got this? Been looking this week online and didn't see anything like this.

 

Go to a body shop and ask if they have a mil gauge. Check the paint thickness on both sides of the truck, while you have owned it since new, and never repainted it, that doesnt mean it was not damaged and repainted before delivery. Cars get damage many times during transport and they just repaint them without telling the new owner.
