2015 DCSB Project Build for my 15yo

Just picked up a 2015 for my son to rebuild to earn a truck. Had struck a deer right front corner but all the airbags deployed except passenger dash. Been searching the forums and think I have my plan but thought I would put it on here for the always productive input of TW:

replace steering wheel, airbag and pitch clock (salvage)
Replace seat airbags and have upholstery shop sew them up
Replace side curtains and evaluate if I need a new headliner
New stockish grill (open to suggestions that are cheap)
Add steel bumper to replaced mangled lower bumper cover (open to inexpensive suggestions)
Send airbag sensor out to get recalibrated
Replace driver side seatbelt

I checked into entire seat sets and geez people are proud of them.

open to input. As reference I had a 2005 that I worked on drive for 15 years so I’m pretty familiar with Gen2’s.
