TRD Supercharger, headers, Cold air intake, MagnaFlow exhaust, ARB front bumper, Kennesaw Mtn rear w/ tire mnt, OME suspension with beefed up rear springs with 2 1/2” lift, 285/75/16 tires, Shell, Contractors rack, Road shower and 120v inverter in cab.
I’m new to 4X4 trucks and recently purchased a ‘99 4X4 off-road on 285/75/16’s All-Pro upper control arms, OME suspension all around with a beefier leaf spring package and the rest is stock. I’m looking to get advice on replacing my coil overs up front. They were upgraded to OME about 15 years ago by the previous owner. There’s currently spacers as well. My plan is to remove the spacers and purchase coil overs that will match the existing ride height, give or take. I have an ARB bumper and in the future I’ll be adding a Warn winch. I’m not a serious off-roading bro, but I’m creeping in that direction. This is my daily driver as well, so pavement road manners are a consideration. Although, I really don’t drive much. So my question is, will 5100’s with 883 coils be a good combo? Or, is there a better combo for my application? Thank you in advance!
