3rd Gen Magnuson Cost to install

    Just polling the guys who had this done. Im doing some research on the price to install vs doing it myself. Ive only gotten one price back so far and it was in the 4500 range for install and 2 weeks (which seems high and long) So a Total of +12k. If you had this done what prices did you see on install (price for the kit seems to be a constant)

    I've been thinking about this too. I've downloaded the installation instructions.
    The instructions are step by step with a good amount of pictures.
    And seems very thought out and complete.
    If a person is mechanically incline, the install is do able.
    Probably can be done in a weekend...

    Might take me longer than a weekend if i get stuck on something but im tempted to DIY. I would like to see a video in addition to the instructions to boost my confidence

    They are in Ventura. I’d call them to get an idea of how long will install take. I bet probably half a day. Might be worth the trip. And you know you’ll have that peace of mind knowing your blower was installed by the maker themselves.

    ive ask magnuson if they can provide me a discount on the supercharger since their facility is too far for me to take advantage of the free install. Im not holding my breath but they should be able to do something. Random vendors online even offer free shipping which is 300 cheaper than buying from magnuson themselves.
