Navigation in Head’s Up display???

Don’t have access to my owners manual. Been trying to figure out how to get Navigation directions to the Heads Up display. I’ve looked everywhere in settings and cannot figure it out. Can anyone please tell me where this setting is??? Thank you very much!

 

I think you want it set to the full setting to get nav

 

Is it possible you are using CarPlay or Android Auto? Embedded Nav arrows should automatically be in HUD. I am not sure if CarPlay/Android Auto utilizes the HUD.

 

So some things to note- it will only show a turn if you are less than 0.5 miles from the turn. It works for both the toyota navigation, and surprisingly, apple maps, but not google or waze.
