Winter’s arent cold enough to kill ticks off anymore in a lot of the country.

They’re horrible. I’d be doing daily rash checks for a while.

Years ago, I took some classes in Vet Tech and will always remember- the smaller they are the more dangerous.

Speaking of houses, my cousin and his fiance just closed on this house a couple weeks ago. It was built in 1978, 1,600 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath. Has had some updates. It's on a .47 piece of land, see the houses on both sides of it? The whole neighborhood is like that.





They paid $60K more than we did for a tad bigger house, insulated shop, and almost 10 acres. I don't mind driving an hour to work for the peace that comes with it and to live in the mountains. I'm so blessed.


If you live in a neighborhood like that, no disrespect intended in any way from me. I don't like living near people, lol.

I know you and some others do, I grew up on 30 acres and lived there for 35 years then moved to 1.2, I couldn't stand it. I know we all like different things

 

I dont know how people in townhouses live there. Would drive me nuts...we are a little close to one neighbor, but they arent awful. Wish we had more acreage sometimes or a hunting property. Maybe we will someday. Sure cant sell here now....as the house across isnt selling...and we cant even come close to listing for that price.

 

This just sold at the online auction near the house for $15,050, not including the 10% buyers fee.

 

I’ve been looking at a new (to me) tundra. The dealers price is above market, and we’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks. I want about 3000 off, he’s come down $400. The best part? They will finance me for the low low interest rate of…..12.47%!

 

I'm looking at maybe putting some sumo springs on the tacoma. We camp a few times a year and occasionally haul this or that in the bed. I'm thinking they would be perfect for that.

 

Be happy its not JC penny card....$6500 credit limit at low rate of 34% interest....

I didn't want to hit it again at $2,000 and have to pay another $200 buyer fee.

Someone in Iowa bought it.
