In another lifetime in between changes in careers I took on about 4 part time jobs to make ends meet. One was doing odd jobs for one of the owners of the local oil company at his very remote, newly built house. He certainly had money but he was very down to earth and easy to get along with. He had a German shepherd named Marley. The dog weighed 150 pounds and was massive, all muscle and no fat at all. You could give the dog commands and Marley would follow them but he gave off the attitude that he wasn't necessarily "obeying" the commands, but more humoring the person giving the commands, like he was doing you a favor. After working there for awhile the owner would leave the house and let Marley hang out with me while I worked. One day I was doing yard work around the back of the house and noticed I had not seen Marley for awhile. I called to him and he did not respond so I walked around to the front of the house. There was a commercial van parked with the markings for an oriental rug business. Marley was in a slow trot circling the van at a measured pace. I approached the van and one of the two men inside rolled the window down a couple inches and said they had an appointment with the owner and were just a bit early. I indicated I understood and told them that they could get out of the van to wait if they wanted. They quickly and politely declined and said they would wait for the owner inside the van.

My first meeting with Marley was when I was in my car, an 81 Honda Accord. I pulled up to meet the house owner and Marley game over to greet me before I stepped out of the car. My window was down and I was looking at Marley eye to eye. His normal play routine included playing with a stick that was 4 feet long and about 4-5 inches in diameter, or more of a log. He would "play" with a rock by lifting it with his mouth and the rock was not much smaller than his head.

Does it mean that ‘hump’ before ‘traffic calming area’ or ‘traffic calming area’ below ‘hump’ ? :D

They are probably waiting for you to finish rehabbing their property so they can sell it to someone else for twice as much.

But, Seriously who are you waiting on? The title company, realtor, closing co.?

I've got Sumo springs for the back of my truck, they are a great option to increase your load capacity. I don't think you'll need them for the front unless your mounting something really heavy on the front of the truck. I used a U-bolt flip kit and a top plate, that I think I got from Wheelers:notsure:, to mount my Sumo's. It's a minor PitA, but I can swap out the sumos with a set of bump stops from an F150 when I don't need the extra load capacity.

This is the Polaris Dawn mission that will have the first private spacewalk when it launches later this week. But that's not the cool part.

SpaceX had to put this wire mesh up on top of the fence because Gators were climbing the fence and ending up way too close to the rocket.

The cargurus price on that tundra went back up, and I got another 12.5% financing offer from that dealer. Wonder if that means they’re done messaging me?
