Do any of you have a recommendation for something as fast and easy as the Wizards detailer I'll use but lasts a little longer? My stock of more old school products need a replenish. I don't care about the super detailed vehicle and just want something to help for when branches rub, washing easier.

I have a wheel buffer, materials etc... but a curiosity for something that might be fast and simple like that detailer spray. The goal is cleaning ease and some protection. That Wizards detailer doesn't hold up to storms at freeway speeds. I do see they have a ceramic detailer maybe better.

If one end of the spectrum is fancy, mall crawler, pavement pansy etc... mine is the opposite. MTB/ski trail crew, shuttle stuff for my business, and starting to redevelop a property. Some tell me ceramic wax is no good for that and itself scratches, others tell me it's the answer.

    Thank you.

Those are two products that are affordable, easy to apply and give good results if you follow the directions.

Nothing (that meets the criteria of easy to apply) is going to protect the car from what you've described. This will just make washing easier. Gives a nice luster as well.

They give best results if you do a proper prep. Get all the old crap off the car via a strip wash, lightly polish to strip all of the oxidation and crap off.

Keep a bottle of a spray detailer from either company in the car. Honestly I don't think the spray detailer brand really matters. If you have an Ollies store near you, they had a bunch of rain-x graphene stuff for six dollars a bottle. I think that's a great deal.

If you do a hand wash every month, just spray the quick detailer on after drying and give it a nice wipe down with microfibers and I think it'll hold up well for 6-12 months.

You can hit the wheels with this stuff too. Don't get it on your rotors obviously. Helps stop as much brake dust from sticking.

The one brand that kind of pisses me off is turtle wax. Only because they pay so many YouTube people to pimp their products. I just don't trust that. I think their stuff is decent especially their black bottle or gray bottle products, but you're never going to find objective reviews when you're paying a "creator" for a review.

No wax or quick detailer or anything of the like will prevent against the pinstriping from branches. Personally I use all Griots products. Simply to use, great quality and great customer service. Their ceramic products provide great water beading and ease of use and if maintained will get you 6 months easy before any reapplication.

I’ve switched over to griots ceramic spray wax (I think that’s what it’s called. It’s green). Works great and much faster then breaking out the dual action

Have you tried the ceramic liquid wax. It’s awesome. I use all their ceramic products.

Griots makes good products. Maybe P&S Bead Maker. If you do a professional ceramic coat like Gtechniq CSL topped with Exo V5 you'll help prevent swirls and scratches.

Wash the Gtechniq ceramic coat weekly with Koch Chemie gsf (gentle snow foam) and top with bead maker for a really slick and protected finish.

Gyeon Cancoat Evo is your best bet. Stupid easy and is a step above Griots and others in terms of longevity and is just as easy to put on.

I've tried the griots All in One ceramic wax/polish. Did it using a DA on a finishing pad. It didn't do much polishing at all. Might have needed a more aggressive pad, or didn't work long enough. I did a roof with it and there was a very subtle polishing effect. It was ok not great as a polish, decent as a glaze/wax but not great at either -- which makes sense since you cant be everything.

On the rest of the car I did a meguiars speed polish, M200, and that turned out very nice. So not really an even comparison.

But I finished the entire car with the griots ceramic all in one then gave it a coating of 3 in 1 spray after about an hour and it looked fantastic.

Think I might just use the meguiars 205 polish then finish with the griots liquid wax next time and skip the all in one unless it's a car with a shaky clear coat that can't do much polishing without damage.

Their products aren't the best in class, but they just work so well for a DIY hobbyist person like me. Really hard to mess up even if your technique isn't solid.

Yeah. The all in one would be more like Meguiars cleaner wax. Their polishing products work great. But I’m a firm believer in use what works best for you which can a combo of products for some.
