I am about to install the Icon RXT leaf spings with option 2 on my truck and want to know what size axle shim everyone is running to get the driveline angles correct. My truck is an 05' DCSB. I'd rather not have to measure the angles after the leafs are installed then tear it all apart again to install the shims. Thanks.

^I'm on option 3 with speedway liners and got 4" lift over stock, no vibes so no tapered shims needed. Folks in my off road club have run options 2 and 3 with different amount of weight, again no shims needed. I think the RXT leafs are arched to keep the pinion angles healthy.

When I was on Option 2, I definitely had driveline vibrations with the stock driveshaft. Less with Option 1 (current setup).
To solve, I bought the Tom Woods one piece driveshaft and it worked like a charm. Unfortunately they don't sell to us Tacoma owners (particularly) anymore.

Level 2, zero shims. I have no drive line vibrations when driving.

When I brake I get a bit of a pulse in my pedal and a bit of shimmy in my steering wheel. I'm pretty certain that means that I have a warped rotor as my driver side rotor was off the truck and laying sideways on a garage floor for about five months and has about 234k miles on it.

Access Cab, option 2 resulting in about a 2" lift and no shims on mine.
