I'm at 15k miles. I've had the lift since 2000 miles. It seemed to become more prominent after I had my second alingnment (that's a whole other story). I've had it aligned again to see if that took care of it but no luck. My click sounds like it's suspension more than a hub.

I don't see any paint missing. I'll check again though.

This is my last thing to check. I've gone in and re-torqued the sway bar bolts but I want to try and remove the sway bar to see if it goes away.

I did. I double checked that it's installed the correct orientation as well.

Mine has that noise as well. I installed 5100s all around, OME UCA, icon progressive leak pack. Then went to the tire shop to put on the 33s. And that’s when I noticed the noise. But not until I got home.

Now I notice it when I’m at a complete stop let go of the brake and brake again. I don’t hear it at normal speeds. I also hear it if I have the wheel turned and going up some driveway. Seems like it’s “normal” but it’s not NORMAL.
I thought it was the tie rod. But the chat here doesn’t seem like it

    I’m lost.
