    The RC drop brackets actually drop the suspension and differential down 3.25" (others like BDS drop 4"). Anything above that is "IFS lift" as you put it (lift companies do it this way on purpose because the clearance is much better that way). 8" on RC brackets would be the same as 4.75" IFS lift w/no brackets. This is why I mentioned above 6" is about the practical upper limit on a RC DB lift.

    Good to know. I assumed when they say 4" or 6" that they are talking about the drop bracket only. I didn't know it also included an IFS lift.

    I did an 8” lift like yall told me not too and it’s the best thing I’ve ever driven in my entire life rides like dog but it’s so fun
