Sweet! Does this model fold up to the cab?

I like mine alot better than previous one (Proven Ground tri-fold). Looks great, much sturdier and more secure. Also less water dripping into bed, although a little bit dribbles in during rain storms and car wash. Was torn between the matte and urethane finish, but ended up getting matte and very happy. I think urethane is supposed to resist scratches better, but the matte seems plenty scratch-resistant to me and has a nice finish to it.

This model does not, but Lomax offers a model that does. The reason I did not get the other model is because it requires you to adhere attachment points to your roof. I disliked that aspect and opted for just removing the whole thing if I needed the full bed.

Yeah I was torn as well, I ended up getting matte and as you said it seems plenty scratch resistant.

The urethane also looks like it has a more pronounced texture, and supposedly doesn't hold up to UV sun rays as well over time (though not really an issue for me here in Michigan). I like the less-textured matte finish. I wasn't particularly worried about scratching anyway, since I don't generally carry/strap stuff on top of the cover. Haven't seen any issues from the occasional times I set stuff on top of it.

That totally makes sense. I wouldn’t want to put anything on the roof either.

Hit up @truckalter for a quote. It’s the Lomax tri-fold in matte black for 3rd gen.

Loved the cover but the seals deteriorated in 4 years and they don’t sell replacements for it. Customer support with Agricover told me to buy a new one.
