Deer hunting BS thread

New player has entered the area...prob wont see him but still cool i got a pic of him

 

Ive had an orphone hen poult @5lbs. on my place for 4 days. something must have happened to the hen and or flock. it was going to end up coyote food as i could walk up within 4 ft. so, i grabbed her and took her to a buds with chicken coops. we put her in a pen to water and feed and when she gets strong gonna turn her out on a farm over the hill that holds turkeys. and who says hunters are heartless.

 

my granddaughters are being prepped to enjoy the outdoors. wheather it takes, time will tell. youngest caught her 1st fish today. just a little mud cat but she reeled it in. and the older one likes to shed hunt

she was calm till i picked her up then all hell broke loose. did put on a coat so she didnt get my arms with her feet.

 

I'll tell him to fix his attitude...but yeah people here would/will shoot him...

 

I’m house,dog,cat and chicken sitting at Sis an Bil’s place for. the week.
It’s a critter rich environment. So far,in 2days, 1bear,1 yote, 1 bobcat, Toms,hens,poults,several does an skippers and 2bucks.
Turkeys everywhere. I live 10 mins away and can’t buy a turkey.

Strange lookin Spikehead showed up couple times today. 12-14 inch spikes. Curved like a main beam,but no points.

 

No doubt, here also, and a lot smaller. Then those same people will b**** they never see any really nice bucks.

 

Anybody ever seen a deer struck by lightning?

we are getting some funky deer this year.time to cull some of them this year
