If you want to go the ECGS core exchange route, I can perform the work for you. PM me if you’re interested.

If you are in AZ, Zuk should be your first option.

Zuk did mine and my diffs are fantastic but it’s at least a week downtime and 2 trips to Prescott. If time isn’t an issue, I 100% agree.

Another vote for Zuk here. He did mine before he moved to Prescott. He was giving me text updates while he did it too, ha.

I would be completely onboard with having him do it, but making two trips and leaving the truck for several days is not an option for me.

Could always ship the parts too? Your truck is going to be down a couple days anyway. My mechanic pulled my thirds and drove them over to Zuk when he was local. I think he took about 3 days start to finish. Then my mechanic picked them up and put them back in. After that, there is the 500 mile break in where you aren't supposed to go over 65 mph.

If you go the ECGS route, could have the truck done in one long day. It’s going to take some time no matter what. The other option is to do just the rear, break it in and don’t use 4x4, then do the front another day.

Ive had my other work done at state 48 and been happy. Didnt get to gears because of the cost on my older truck. Is zuk a person who does it out of his garage or a shop? What pricing are you guys looking at for front a rear installed?

ZUK doesnt work on the truck, he ONLY does Diff's,,, you uninstall, deliver, pickup and re-install. but he is top notch and his work is second to none so its worth it for most of us.

Zuk is the best option if your truck can be on jack stands for a week. His turn around time is a couple days usually but you have to drive to Prescott twice, where he lives.

Zuk is obviously good (have some done by him too) but I'm probably going to use No Coast on this next one to avoid all the driving. They are local in Tempe.

Dropped off the 4.56 kit to No Coast today.

You can see the teeth I busted in the current 4.56.

Picked up the diff from No Coast today. It was actually ready on Friday but I was stuck at work. Next is install and break in. Wanted this ready for fall/winter wheeling season.

How difficult is the removal and install process?

It's not bad, just a little messy.

Jack truck up and put Jack stands under Axle. Make sure you are not up against a wall so the axle can come all the way out.

    Drain diff.

Disconnect drive shaft, brake lines (the mess! I plug the brake line) Abs sensor, parking cable. Break loose bolts near brake drum that hold axle in.
Pull axles out (more mess). Break diff loose and remove.

Now is a good time to replace axles seals/o-rings. Also need new diff to housing gasket. Clean everything, install and torque to spec. Refill and bleed brakes. Fill diff with non synthetic oil for 500mile Break in.
