I may try it. First candidate for it is the 52" Hustler and 26" brush cutter. Both are air-cooled, so I like full syn, turbo rated oil for them

I spilled the first time I use the blue funnel.

The red funnel gets me a little lip to catch the dip-splash as I'm pouring.

    Weird but that's me? lol

since I have that same blue funnel I would agree having the other one there would make pouring a big 6 quart jug like that much easier.

2013? Here you go. Comes out to $3/quart.

Rotella 5w-40 is a great oil, but I am not sure why stepping up to 40 weight? Unless truck uses/leaks oil or tows a lot or carries full loads. IIRC 2013 calls for 5w-30?

PS I have used 5w-40 in a vehicle that called for 5w-20 (Hyundai Veracruz) with the infamous valve cover leak.

PPS, for those who like 40 weigh oil, watch this link, it periodically drops to $23 for 6qrts of excellent 0w-40:

Coming soon: Compact powered sub install Future mods planned: bigger tires (265/75/16) BILLSTIEN 5100 lift

I Learned to use that MotiveX funnel the same way. first time I used it I poured oil too fast and with the angle the oil fill tube is at oil will just go over the lip of the blue funnel on to the front of the engine. With 2 you can pour and no mess from your 5Qt jug.

correct, adding the 2nd funnel brings the opening to horizontal and allows better flow

    YES
    Let's keep this simple:
1.) Oil Type - Open the hood, look at the oil cap. Whatever it says, that's what you put in. Yours likely says 0w-20
2.) Oil Brand - API (American Petroleum Institute) Certified Full Synthetic. I recommend Toyota, Shell Rotella, or Mobil 1, but any API Certified Full Synthetic should be OK. BE CAUTIOUS if buying Toyota (Oil & Filters), there's a lot of knock-offs out there.
3.) Oil Filter - I recommend Toyota (remember above caution), Wix, or Nappa Gold. Not naming names, but a few highly recognized brands are garbage.
4.) FREQUENCY of Oil changes - At a minimum every 5,000 miles. If you drive a lot on dirt roads (or off road) have a sample lab analyzed to see if more frequent changes are required.
5.) Who - You! It is worth it to do the oil changes yourself. Dealerships will charge well over $100 and Oil change shops usually use the cheapest stuff they can buy.
