    Looking for advice.

    I have a 2017 SR Tacoma, with a little over 145k miles

My Tacoma is exhibiting a very prominent vibraton while in Drive.
It is very prominent while in gear and before accelerating and then stop vibration while in motion.

It does not vibrate while idling in Park or Reverse or Neutral, only in Drive.

I've checked my air filter, MAF sensor, Throttle Body.
I have a few ideas but I'm hoping for feedback.

    Thank you

My first thought is u joints or carrier, need to inspect them, possibly remove drive shaft to inspect.

If it vibrates in drive but stationary but stops when you start moving, I'd make sure it's not missing under load and you only feel it at idle in drive while stopped. If you are not moving, it's likely not drivetrain related.

I would also crawl under it while cold and in park and start pulling on any metal that could be loose, sometimes loose metal [cat shields, exhaust systems, skid plates, motor mounts, and so on] acts like a vibration in the steering wheel.

Check motor mounts, transmission mounts, crossmembers etc. This is unlikely to be drivetrain related.

Many are thinking motor mount or transmission mount. Are you noticing any Clunk sound when shifting between P, R, N or D?
