Speedometer reading crazy

    2012 tacoma 4x4 ,4dr,auto, long bed
    None
    My 2012 was reading 120 mph while idling. It would go up and down but but never read right. After alit of research, I washed the truck real thorough especially around the inside of the rims.
    That was my fix for this speedometer issue.
    It works fine now !

    Its rare but I've seen a few dirty wheel speed sensors that cause faults. Usually just throws a fault code for that WSS but sometimes will mess with the speedo and transmission shifting
