Help Needed with Buzzing Sound while making calls

I recently purchased a 2021 Tacoma with the JBL amplified sound system and every time I make a call using Apple Carplay or Bluetooth the recipient of my call hears a constant buzzing noise on their end. Has anyone run into this and is possibly aware of what is causing this and how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate some help here as I make a lot of work calls from the road and don't want my customers to have to deal with hearing this annoying sound on their end. TIA for any suggestions!
