Modified OEM pigtail to Added Reverse Lamps

OEM harness can be de-pinned and snipped to add jumper wire to connector A(11156), this gets connected with 5 pin relay via mating connector B (11155).
Relay gets juice from posi-tap at connector DA1_2 in engine bay relay/fuse box on passenger side. Pin 30 gets wire to another 11156 (or OEM pigtail can be modified) which mates to A17 in Driver's side (see drawing).
Adding BU lamps at rear bumper now has ON at reverse select. Or on when AUX switch is selected. (all other circuits added to OEM Pigtail will also be ON with switch)

Much safer, reverse tap would be relay trigger. Dual Diode prevents back feed to reverse circuit.
