Any recommendations for a strong, reliable, battery powered leaf blower? Bought a 21V blower on Amazon and when it arrived it felt like a toy.

I have a DeWalt 60v. It works great but I think the flexvolt batteries are overpriced.

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
I have the 40V Kobalt one from Lowe's and it's not bad. I had bought their chainsaw previously so it made sense to stick with their stuff. I've since bought the pole saw too. I try to buy the stuff when it's on sale. You can often get the tool with battery and charger on sale for about what the tool only would cost.

What is the tool's intended purpose?

Do you already have any electric tools?

Or are you planning on the blower being your first one?

If you already have some tools, it usually makes sense to pick a brand and stick with their ecosystem since the batteries can cost more than the tool.

If you just want to occasionally use it around the house, you will likely be fine with a cheaper brand. Even then I would stick with a well known and supported brand.

If you're planning on using it a lot, you will likely be better served by buying the higher end tools up front.

I have a brushless ryobi. It's pretty good and I don't really have any complaints, but if I had to do it over, I might go with milwaukee since I already have batteries for it.
Whatever you do, get one with a brushless motor. The first one I got was not brushless and it was uncomfortably loud/high pitched. I returned it for a brushless one that is much quieter.

I'm currently on the greenworks 80V system. Chainsaw, weed trimmer, and blower. That sucker rips better than any of the gasoline counterparts I replaced it with.
