I'm looking at leveling my 2017 Tacoma TRD sport dclb.
I've looked at the icon level and the fox 2.5.
What are the differences between the two?
    Is anyone running either setup?

Icon makes good products and so does Fox. With both brands, you could probably do some searching on this forum to get better feedback. There are plenty of people using both. If you want to get technical, Icon typically uses digressive valving in their shocks. More details about that that means here. In short, they tend to ride on the firm side on-road. Some could say its more of a sporty tight/feel. Fox would be more linear which offers a soft/smooth ride. Both have adjusters, both are rebuildable. If you are really looking for the best bang for your buck, we can offer you custom tuned Fox shocks (no additional charge). Or, if you are still doing some research on which direction to go, you may want to check out Ride Shocks, our new line of shocks we designed & build. Lots of great options out there.

We recently posted a new article that compares Fox, King and Ride that may be helpful for you:
