Has anyone added 1/2" spacers to both sides? On the old 6/5. 1.5" AAL with overload spring left in.

Need the height and don't want to buy all new stuff.

I have done 1/4" spacer (1/2" height increase) on both sides of various shocks. You can also likely get away with 3/8" spacers but I would make sure that you have enough threads on the tophat for it. An alternative is to put in a 650 or 700 LB spring on the 6112's to gain some height if you are weighted down too. This would be a better solution of course. But a 1/4" spacer wont hurt anything.

I was thinking of doing this as well, so I wouldn't have to put as much preload on the 6112
