    Probably hit the coil at full droop during installation. My SPC ball joint developed a tear there too; but I was able to buy replacement boots and swapped them in without replacing the ball joint.

    I've run OME UCA's on my pro for about two years with zero issues. got the additional caster I needed to run 285s with mud flaps with zero issues.
