    I have a 2018 TRD sport 2wd and i think i have a transmission problem.

I've got a couple things that lead me to this.
    1. Vibrations at 60-70mph
    2. Clunk when i apply the brakes while coasting to a stop. Not when i go directly from the gas to brake.
    3. I have some play in the driveshaft meaning i can twist the driveshaft about ~3/4 inch in either direction.

I have changed the rear diff fluid and U-joints but that has not helped. Any idea what this could be before i take it to a transmission shop? It doesn't search for gears or slip when accelerating either.
    TIA

Is your truck completely stock? List your mods if not. It'll be hard for anyone to diagnose your issues correctly, but for vibrations at speed, thats probably just tire/wheel related. Clunk coming to a stop could be a number of things, and there's no easy guess as to what it is bc thousands of pop/clunk noise threads have led to probably a few hundred different causes. Get a torque wrench and touch every nut you can find. My guess is LCA not torqued to spec, u-bolts, or one of the many failed bushings blown out throughout the vehicle.

Also, welcome to TW! Its a wealth of knowledge if you're bold enough to search for it, and an endless money pit:spending:

It is completely stock with the exception of slightly bigger tires.

I need to get my tires rotated and balanced but it doesn't feel like an out of balance tire vibration but i could be wrong.

Where are you feeling the vibrations? Steering wheel/seat/pedals?

Do you have a clunk when you switch between on / off throttle?

It sounds like some kind of driveline lash, but like the other other guy said, could be a million things.

Miles? Some drive line lash is normal, 1/2 inch is very common, 3/4 ehh, could be better but not indicative of an issue. What kind of tires are on it? Does it do it if you drop out of OD?
