One of the few cannonballers who won't have to worry about avoiding speeding tickets, lol. Unless that thing is really modded out?

    Thanks for the assist!

I know at one time there was a video as well. Paul was dressed like that the entire way from NH to Chicago and quite a few miles were in pouring rain. I've had the pleasure of meeting him on a few occasions and hanging out with him for a few hours at a bike show once. Truly an interesting person and funny AF.

Based on a quick look at his other videos when I went to find the link for my post, I think he 250cc swapped it. Still not very fast lol

I've been following-ish that build on Reddit, Grom forks, wheels/tires, peg holders, and tank shroud and that's about it. Fully one off frame. Very impressive build though. I bet it's kind of the worst to drive haha that power has to be 90% unusable.

Doc said my knee is fine. Tendons and ligaments intact. Leg is just draining all the blood that came out of knee. Steroids to help clear anything else up.

Got a link to the Reddit thread? Interested in more details.

I don't have the time to watch the vid right now, but just looking at it, I imagine it has to run like absolute dog shit. How is it cooled? There's no way that little thing on the front is providing enough cooling for the amount of heat that motor puts out. Looks like a riot though!

    ugh

spoke to the DMV again about my missing title/registration for the R6. I guess when I was filling out the back of the title, I input "San Diego" for the city because I thought it said county...so DMV said they can reissue them free to me after doing an address change in the system and waiting a day or two. So the documents have been going to a different home in San Diego 30 miles away, despite a different street designation and very different zip code :(

Of course, when I go to do the address change in the DMV system, my address is exactly as it should read....here's hoping they can send it out Friday and I can get this resolved by end of next week. I hate not having my paperwork accounted for.

Here’s the first post he did on it about a year ago, he’ll do updates everyone once in a while.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/hondagrom/s/ZP7Nv2ePJ0

A lot of his posts about it are just him spamming his youtube (which i don’t blame him haha)

When I first bought my house... 9 years ago?... i got a new updated license and it took awhile to get here... the odd part was it came from TEXAS, lol. The previous owners last name was Ryan, so somehow the forwarding service got screwed up. And they sent him my drivers license.

Fast forward, and weird stuff kept happening. Not getting my license tabs, etc. Apparently the DMV/DOL government address system is linked to the USPS systems... So my address kept getting updated to my house's previous owners new address, wherever the F he moved to. By the end, he was in Arizona. The folks at the DOL could see what was happening, but had no idea how to stop it. Probably took two years before it got 100% straightened out.

It's just started fading the purple out, lol
Eh. 5k could get you a ktm 500 or at least close.

Drz is a good bike, mine was fun. But a stock drz absolutely sucks.

Minimum needs a jd jet kit and 3x3 mod.
Next step would be fcr carb which is even better.
434 big bore and cams will absolutely make it rip and keep up with 500s.

I have owned both(crf300 is basically the same as a KLX to me)

I absolutely loved mine and still salty about selling it. I will say that after having the FI and 6th gear.....I don't know that I'd want to go back though

    DRZ2.jpg

I had some decent mods done to it.
