NEO Motorsports Garage NO Product and NO Refund

    I just wanted to share my experiences with NEO Motorsports Garage.

    Back in January 10, 2021, I had put in an order for a set of Icon RXT Leaf Packs and paid. Money was withdrawn from my credit card on order submission. Never heard from them so I contacted them via Facebook Messenger for an update Feb 3rd. A week later, they finally came back with the freight cost that was too pricey for me so I requested to cancel my order. I waited and waited then ended up filing a claim with my Chase credit card. I messaged them several times and finally get a response on March 3rd and the next day, they suddenly had time to carry a conversation with me in a timely manner while trying to get me to cancel my credit card claim and get the the funds back. I tried to be nice to this company and did so trusting they would refund my money after cancelling the claim. After waiting 45 days for them to get the funds back, I verified with Chase that NEO Motorsports Garage did receive the money back at end of April. Now they have dropped off the face of the earth avoiding phone calls, emails, FB messages.

    TLDR: NEO Motorsports Garage dodging me and won't my money from cancelled order!

    Thanks for reading my vent. I'm just completely frustrated with this and want my money back. $700 bucks! Sheeesh, I hoped they were a trustworthy company, but nooooope.

    I literally placed an order with these guys over the weekend and I really hope I don’t get this same run around. I’ve been checking on my UPS tracking and so far it still says it’s not shipped.

    It would appear they're back to the same antics... or maybe that's just how they operate? I ordered some LED pods from them a few weeks ago, got my order confirmation immediately, have yet to receive any shipping confirmation, and have yet to get a response from them. Seems they're happy to take the money but then there's no motivation to actually ship the order.

    Been diving into some other reviews of the business and finding a lot of similar experiences. Seems they're pretty well known on Ford Raptor forums for pulling the same garbage. And then the shop will respond to comments months later and blame the customer... No need for hot-headed business owners that can't seem to hold up their end of the bargain. Plenty of reputable dealers out there with amazing customer service. Skip this retailer next time.

    Seems like standard practice for many vendors nowadays. Best to keep a paper trail so you can file a charge back with your credit company in case things go south.
