2013 4cyl Access Cab 6' Bed 5 lug

Hello,

What is a good source for these taped on wiring hold downs ? They don't show up on the part diagrams for my 2013.

A pic is attached.

One of them has a part number but the others don't. The first set of digits seem to be the catch all for plastic clamps... 82711-
