4x4 issues

    2009 black Tacoma 4.0 6 speed
    I bench tested the front 4x4 actuator, the more was locked up but after cleaning everything was working fine. Now I realized there was a bad switch in the transfer case actuator so I replaced it but I’m still not getting 4x4 to engage!
