Once in a while, but that's because I try to slam the clutch, the brake while pushing the button all at the same time. I see the symbols on the dash that I need to push both pedals because I hit the button before the clutch was all the way down.

My '95 YJ didn't have a clutch interlock switch. Could start it without pushing the clutch and/or brake. Really nice in the winter, just reach inside and drop it in neutral, insert and turn key to start without getting because have to go back out to clear the windows. Never once have I driven into a wall. We always used the parking brake.

I didn’t do it, @daveeasa did, so I can’t take credit. I didn’t have the connectors or tools at the time. It would be very easy to make. Just buy what I listed earlier.
